Our Executive Chef brings 15 years of experience to the table. We provide a vast array of gourmet cuisine and can customize your event to best suit your tastes.

We offer buffet-style dinners which all include:

  • entrée
  • a served dinner salad, with choice of dressings
  • a coffee station set-up for the entire event
  • fresh baked bread or dinner rolls for each table

We can also provide an Hors d'oeuvres and Cocktail party with several stations set up throughout the ballroom
